1. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We provide full custom design services including structure, dielines, artwork, and 3D mockups. Our in-house designers help you refine your concept, match your branding, and ensure perfect print results.
2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course. We offer digital samples, structural white samples, and fully printed samples. Sample cost can be refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type. For most bakery boxes (cake, macaron, cupcake box), MOQ starts from 500–1000 units. For custom printing or special materials, MOQ may be slightly higher.
4. How long is your production time?
Normally 10–18 days after sample approval. Rush orders are available depending on our production schedule.
5. Do you provide design or dieline templates?
Yes. We can provide free dieline templates once the size and structure are confirmed. Our team can also assist in optimizing your artwork.
6. What certifications do you have?
Our partner factories are ISO-certified and comply with international quality and safety standards. FSC-certified materials are also available upon request.
7. Can you handle both small and large-volume orders?
Absolutely. With multiple partner factories and strong production capacity, we support flexible order sizes—from small trial runs to large-scale continuous production.
8. How do you ensure quality?
We conduct multi-step quality checks including material inspection, color proofing, on-line QC, and final AQL inspection. You can request videos/photos during production.
9. What shipping options are available?
We support air shipping, sea freight, express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can also ship to Amazon FBA warehouses and provide custom packing labels.
10. Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. If any quality issues occur, we provide quick solutions including reproduction, refund, or compensation depending on the situation. Our team supports you throughout the entire process.
11. Can you help source matching accessories?
Yes. We can help source ribbons, stickers, inserts, trays, or other packaging accessories to complete your full packaging set.
12. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We provide competitive pricing and volume discounts based on quantity, materials, and printing requirements.
